The electric hoist limiter device is composed of connecting rod, positioning card, rope guide and limiter, and the fire-breaking limiter can prevent the hook from going higher than the ascending limit position, so as to avoid the faults of topping and wire rope breaking, and guarantee the safety of the equipment. If the installation error will not be able to play the safety protection function of the fire-breaking limiter, then how do we install and debug the electric hoist limiter?

Step 1: Lift the screws on the collision block.
The collision block is equipped with a rope guide clamping plate to lift.
The clamping plate can push the collision block to move on its own. Start the motor to start lifting the pallet and push the vertex collision block to move.
When the upper edge of the lifting hook pulley shell is 150mm to 50mm away from the lower edge of the drum shell, the rise stops. Press the lowering button and the rope guide moves back about 10mm once. Move the top bumper block closer to the clamping plate and tighten the screws.
Step 2: Adjust the lower limit position in the same direction as above, but you must ensure that when the hook is in the low position, there are more than 3 turns of wire rope or chain on the barrel.
After the adjustment is completed, you can test-lift several times without load to verify whether the upper and lower limits meet the requirements.
The limiter is an insurance mechanism that limits the lifting chain to only rise or fall within a certain range. When the guide contacts the fire-out limiter, the electric hoist will automatically stop.
The fire-out limiter is a travel switch. One is to cut off the fire and cut off the power supply. The limit switch only controls the coil of the contactor. If there is a problem with the contactor itself, the limit switch will not be able to protect it.
The fire limiter is a mechanical protection. If the wiring is correct, it can indicate protection.
