Compared with conventional diamond-shaped chain blocks, its innovative triangular housing design effectively reduces overall volume, enabling flexible operation in narrow, confined working spaces. The bearing chain is manufactured from Grade 80 high-strength alloy steel with precise heat treatment, offering excellent tensile strength, abrasion resistance and fatigue resistance to extend service life. The hand chain is galvanized to resist rust and ensure smooth pulling movement. Both top suspension hook and bottom load hook are drop-forged from alloy steel, integrated with safety latches to prevent slings, chains or workpieces from slipping off during lifting. Every hook undergoes strict load testing to avoid deformation or fracture under rated working load.

At the core of the hoist lies a mature friction disc brake system. When operators stop pulling the hand chain, the brake instantly engages to lock the load firmly at any height, effectively preventing unexpected downward sliding and greatly improving operational safety. All internal gear sets are precision machined with smooth transmission, lowering pulling force and easing long-time continuous work.
