Electric hoist daily work inspection items

Electric chain hoist operators need to conduct routine inspections of the electric hoist before daily operations.

So what items need to be checked during daily inspections?

info-1-1

1. Motor brake: Test the machine to confirm whether the lifting and operating brakes are flexible and whether there is any sliding phenomenon when loading;

2. Limit device: Test the machine to confirm whether the traveling limit and rising limit of the hook are correct;

3. Motor: Test the machine to confirm whether there are any abnormal noises during operation and whether the motors on both sides are running synchronously;

4. Remote control handle: Check whether the shell is damaged, whether the switch is detached, and whether the button is missing magnetism;

5. Rope guide: Test the electric chain hoist to confirm whether the rope guide guides normally and whether there is any job hopping;

6. Steel wire rope: Check whether there are broken wires, broken strands or twists on the surface of the rope;

7. Bolts: Check whether the bolts in various parts are loose or loose;

8. Insurance card: Check whether the insurance card is missing or damaged;

9. Hook head; check whether there are any cracks on the surface and whether it rotates flexibly.

info-1-1

There are many things to pay attention to when using electric chain hoists, including usage, methods, and maintenance methods.

The hoist should not be exposed to rain outdoors during use, so as not to affect the service life of the host.

If the device needs to be installed outdoors, a rainproof shed needs to be erected.

The chain hoist needs to be lubricated with bath oil. It needs to be replaced after 800 hours of use.

From now on, it needs to be inspected every three months.

If it is found to be short of oil, it should be replenished in time.

Before using the it every day, it should be operated up and down for 2 minutes under no-load conditions, and check whether the voltage is normal, whether the motor compatibility is noise-free and normal, whether the chain is running well, and whether the limit switch is on when the hook reaches its peak.

Cut off the power supply, check whether the braking device is normal, whether the lower hook safety tongue is normal, whether the chain is dry and oil-free, whether there are gaps in the lock bag, etc.
