General requirements for the use of turnbuckle bolts

Choosing reliable quality turnbuckle bolts and following regular operating procedures and equipment operation methods during use are the prerequisites for ensuring the safety of turnbuckle bolts.

　　 After we have selected reliable and applicable turnbuckle bolts, we should follow the following basic requirements in the process of use:

　　 1. Do not exceed the maximum working load (WLL) and operating angle marked on the turnbuckle bolt.

　　 2. Do not use external force to knock or pull turnbuckle bolts or their connecting accessories to fix the installation in place, and the rope must be tied in the correct way.

　　3. Without the permission of the manufacturer, it is not allowed to use turnbuckle bolts in corrosive environments or under conditions of too high or too low temperature.

　　 4. Turnbuckle bolts cannot be dragged and moved directly on the ground during transportation to prevent wear.
