The paint effect of the whole vehicle:
When I saw a stacker, the first thing I saw was the steel frame of each structure, all covered with paint. Generally, a good manual stacker is made of baking paint, which is very smooth to touch by hand, the paint color is uniform and shiny, and the nose does not smell of paint. On the other hand, a poor quality stacker must be unevenly painted. It is very possible that black steel can be seen through the thin paint in some places, which indicates that the stacker is not well made.
Look at the wheels:
It depends on the material of the wheel, the craftsmanship of the bearings, pins and other parts. Is manual hydraulic stacker with brake function? Generally good manual forklifts have braking functions, but they are almost castrated in order to save costs.
Fork quality:
Many high-quality manual stacker forklifts use forged forks, that is, solid steel forks. This fork can be made very thin, and the front section can be less than 1 cm to facilitate fork picking. The cover fork used is also well-made, and all edges and corners have original slip treatment. On the contrary, a poor stacker fork is a welded steel plate with sharp edges and corners, which can easily damage other goods. A knowledgeable person can see its crude nature at a glance.
Look at the service: ask the merchant about the warranty period of the product, what items are not covered by the warranty, and so on. Then, in terms of after-sales service, how long can the car be repaired on site after it breaks down.
