How to inspect the chain shackle

Chain shackles are widely used in lifting operations. The quality of chain shackles is related to the safety of the operation. Therefore, the inspection of chain shackles needs to be very careful.
1. The buckle body of the chain shackle should be marked with strength level and safety load.
2. The shackle of the chain should be smooth and flat, free of defects such as cracks, sharp edges and overburning. You can use a magnifying glass and other tools to assist in the inspection.
3. The safety load of the chain shackle is approved by M (4) level.
4. Chain shackles below 300 tons are tested with 2 times the safe load as the test load, and chain shackles above 300 tons are tested with 1.33 times the safe load as the test load. The chain shackle must not break or deform the shackle to lose its load-bearing capacity.
