5. The idling angle of the steering wheel should not exceed 25°C.
6. During operation, do not overload or traction, and always check whether the leaf spring is broken.
7. During driving, never allow to step on the accelerator to change direction to prevent damage to the parts and burn the main line. When abnormal noise and fever occur, the cause must be found in time and eliminated, and manipulation with disease is strictly prohibited.
8. When turning, reversing, entering or leaving the warehouse, the battery car must slow down, call the whistle, and pay close attention to the surrounding conditions to prevent collisions and ensure safety.
9. The battery car should be driven on flat, dry and hard roads. The battery should not be subjected to strong movement. Because there is no explosion-proof device, battery vehicles are strictly prohibited to work in explosive places.
10. The electrical system should be kept in normal condition, and the wiring head should be prevented from loosening. If damaged, it must be replaced in time. The specifications of components such as wires and fuses should not be changed arbitrarily.
11. After work, the equipment must be inspected and cleaned, daily maintenance work must be done, and the electric pin must be closed to make the car in a braking state before leaving. Ensure that the equipment is tidy, clean, lubricated and safe.
12. Write various related records in accordance with regulations.
