1. Choose a balancer of appropriate specifications according to the weight of the tools and accessories.
2. When hanging the balancer, be sure to connect the safety rope.
3. Adjust the adjusting worm on the balancer so that the balance weight of the balancer is consistent with the weight of the tool used so that the tool can be balanced at any position of the stroke, that is, the tool is in a weightless state. When adjusting clockwise, the balance weight increases while decreasing. The balance weight has been adjusted to the middle value when it is supplied, and the balance weight cannot be adjusted to be higher or lower than the rated value, otherwise, normal operation will be affected.
4. When removing tools from the balancer, first pull out the stop pin lever, turn it clockwise by 30 degrees, and put it back into the slot. After the tower wheel is locked, remove the tools to prevent sudden unloading of the hook. After retracting the injured or damaged tool, and then install the tool or equal weight tool, the stop pin can be disconnected, and the stop pin rod can be reset counterclockwise.
5. When the balancer is not hung with tools, do not unload it without any reason, so as not to cause the steel rope to be stuck in the wrong groove or the hanging groove.
6. When the operating tool is moved horizontally and the slope exceeds 30 degrees, the tool must be moved close to the vertical position to relax the tool, otherwise, it will cause the steel rope to be stuck in the wrong groove.
7. The load should be suspended vertically.
