Electric hoists generally travel left and right on the I-beam track.
Therefore, before installing the electric hoist, the I-beam track needs to be inspected before lifting work can be carried out.
So what inspections should be done on the I-beam before using the electric hoist?
1. Check the I-beam track section, straightness and degree of distortion;
2. Check that the buffer devices at both ends of the I-beam track are fully installed and whether the connection points are secure;
3. The stalls at both ends of the track should be installed before lifting operations;
4. The quality of orbital welding should comply with the relevant regulations of electric fusion welding, and the joint surface and side welding seams should be polished smooth and flat.
