3. Working part The working part is the direct working mechanism for forklifts to carry out loading and unloading operations.
It consists of the following 5 parts:
(1) Picking tools. It is a variety of work attachments represented by forks, used to fork, clamp and shovel goods.
(2) Lifting shelves. Used to install forks or other work attachments, and drag the goods to lift together. (3) Mast. It is the skeleton of the working device, and most of the parts of the working device are installed on the door frame. The two-section gantry is composed of an outer gantry and an inner gantry that can be raised and lowered along the outer gantry; the three-section gantry is composed of inner, middle and outer gantry.
(4) Mast tilt mechanism. Realize the front and back tilt of the mast, which is mainly composed of tilt cylinders.
(5) Lifting mechanism. The power device and traction device that drag the goods up and down. It is mainly composed of a sprocket, a chain and a lifting cylinder that drives the lifting of the shelf.
(6) Hydraulic control system. It is the combination of the lifting of the goods, the tilting of the mast and other actions completed by the hydraulic system to realize the timely control device. It is composed of hydraulic components, pipelines and operating mechanisms.
4. electrical equipment Electrical equipment is mainly composed of batteries, forklift lighting, various warning and alarm signal devices, and other electrical components and circuits. The battery forklift has a series-excited DC motor; the internal combustion engine forklift has an electric starter; in addition, the gasoline engine forklift has a high-voltage spark ignition device.
