Second, when installing the wire rope clamp, be sure to tighten the bolts and the wire rope is squashed by about 1/3 to 1/4. When hoisting, the bolts should be tightened after the wire rope is stressed to avoid loosening and slipping.
Third, the order of the wire rope clamps and the clamp parts should be arranged uniformly. Ensure that the u-shaped part is in contact with the main part of the wire rope. In addition, in order to ensure the safety of the construction, a wire rope clamp can be installed about half a meter behind the last clamp, and a "safe bend" can be made so as to avoid accidents when the clamp slides.
