I. The safety operating rules must be well known before the lifting pliers are used.
Inspect the wear and deformation of hoisting before use, and record the inspection result on the inspection record.
Lifting shall be free from harmful defects such as cracks, sharp angles, burrs, corrosion, warping and torsion.
Whether all the rotating parts are flexible and fasteners cannot be loosened.
If the section of the bearing member is worn or corroded to 10% of the original size, or the opening of the clamp mouth is increased by 10% than the original size, it must be scrapped and cannot be used.
Three, the horizontal lifting heavy pliers can only be used for the horizontal lifting of steel plate, is strictly prohibited for other purposes.
Four, according to the length and width of the steel plate size, laminated use of different horizontal lifting pliers.
Crane pliers with fixed beam shall be used if long iron plates are hoisted.
If lifting short or single sheet steel can be used without fixed lifting pliers, no matter what kind of lifting pliers are used, only allowed to be used in pairs, and the lifting steel plate thickness shall not exceed the specified thickness of the clamp mouth.
5. It is strictly prohibited to lift from above.
Do not collide with other objects during lifting.
The crane operator must assist the crane driver to remind the personnel of the moving direction of objects to avoid injury accidents.
6. No lifting pliers shall be used in excess of fixed load.
(That is, the rated load refers to the maximum weight allowed to be lifted when the lifting pliers are used in pairs at an Angle of 60°.)
7. No matter what kind of lifting pliers are, they must be installed in place according to the instructions and regulations, and can be lifted only after they are confirmed to be locked.
