1. The lifting hook for the manually driven lifting mechanism shall be tested with 1.5 times rated load as the inspection load.
2. The hook for the power-driven lifting mechanism shall be tested with 2 times of rated load as the inspection load.
3. The hook shall not have any obvious defects and deformation after the inspection load is removed, and the increase of opening degree shall not exceed 0.25% of the original size.
4. The hooks that pass the inspection shall be marked in the low-stress zone of the hooks, including rated lifting weight, factory label or factory name, inspection mark, production number and other contents.
