The hook is one of the indispensable accessories of the electric hoist, and this accessory still has very technical requirements, so you can't match it casually.
1. In use, it is estimated that the torsional deformation angle of the accessory hook of the electric hoist should be kept within 10 degrees, that is, the torsion angle of the hook body cannot exceed 10 degrees.
2. The surface of the hook should be well maintained to keep it smooth and free from defects such as cracks, sharp corners, burrs and spalling.
3. Defective electric hoist lifting parts hooks cannot be used after welding repairs.
4. The inside of the hook must not have defects such as cracks, white spots and inclusions that affect its safe use.
5. The dangerous section or the hook handle of the hook must not be plastically deformed, and the thread of the hook must not be corroded.
6. The opening degree of the hook of the electric hoist should meet the requirements of 5.2 in GB10051.
