The main spring is the power for the chain hoist brake to hold the brake wheel. In order for the main spring to generate the required braking force. In order to make the main spring generate the required braking torque and ensure the reliable work of the brake, it is necessary to determine and adjust the installation length of the main spring. The shorter the main spring is adjusted, the greater the tension of the spring, the greater the braking torque generated, and the tighter the brake is. When the brake is loose during work, the hanging object cannot be held, or the brake electromagnet does not fall off when it is parked after being sucked up, mostly because the main spring is too loose. According to experience, it is more appropriate to adjust the length of the main spring to the following length, that is, to adjust the distance between the two coils to half of its free distance.
The operation method is: hold the spring nut with a wrench in one hand, hold the square head of the push rod with a wrench in the other hand, and rotate the push rod. After adjusting the appropriate length, tighten the back cap of the spring nut to prevent the main spring from tightening. Nuts are loose.
Usage rules: Overloading is strictly prohibited. It is strictly forbidden to use other power operations other than human power. Before use, make sure that the parts are intact, the transmission part and the lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling condition is normal. Before lifting, check whether the upper and lower hooks are firmly hooked.
It is strictly forbidden to hang heavy objects and other wrong operations. The chain hoist lifting chain should be hung vertically without wrongly twisted links, and the lower hook frame of the double-row chain should not be turned over. The operator should stand on the same plane as the hand chain wheel and pull the hand chain, so that the hand chain wheel rotates clockwise to make the heavy object rise; pull the hand chain in the opposite direction, and it can slowly descend at noon.
When the Yale chain hoist is lifting heavy objects, it is strictly forbidden for personnel to do any work or walk under the heavy objects to avoid personal accidents. During the hoisting process of the chain hoist, no matter whether the heavy object rises or falls, when pulling the hand chain, the force should be even and gentle, and do not use too much force to prevent the hand chain from jumping or snapping. If the operator finds that the hand pulling force is greater than the normal pulling force, he should stop using it immediately.
Maintenance method: After use, the chain hoist should be cleaned and coated with anti-rust grease, and stored in a dry place. Maintenance and overhaul should be carried out by those who are more familiar with the hoist mechanism, to prevent those who do not understand the performance principle of the machine from disassembling and assembling at will.
