Grade80 Master Link Assembly Used for lifting and connecting

Grade 80 Master Link Assembly, also known as mother and sub link assembly, is an irreplaceable top connection assembly specially developed for multi-leg lifting chain slings, fully manufactured in accordance with EN 1677-4 industrial lifting safety specifications to satisfy global industrial hoisting requirements. The whole assembly adopts the structure of one integrated forged main master link assembled with two independent sub links. All rings are processed via hot die forging forming technology without destructive cutting processing. Raw material selects high-quality alloy steel 34CrMo4 or 42CrMo4. After precise forging forming, products go through strict quenching and tempering heat treatment process, which greatly optimizes the internal metallographic structure of steel material. The finished rings obtain outstanding tensile strength, high impact resistance and excellent anti-fatigue performance, effectively resisting frequent alternating loads generated during repeated lifting work.

Compared with single master link which only fits single leg slings, the matched two sub links of master link assembly can separate each lifting chain leg independently. This structural design avoids chain stacking, friction and stress concentration at the suspension point during multi-point hoisting, realizes balanced load sharing among multiple sling legs, and greatly improves the stability and safety factor of the whole lifting system. Each ring body is permanently stamped with clear grade mark, working load limit, batch number and traceability code, so operators can quickly confirm specification and load data during field inspection.

In terms of quality control, every finished G80 master link assembly is subject to rigorous offline testing before delivery. Each product receives 2.5 times working load limit proof load tensile test to verify structural reliability. Random batch breaking load test and 100% magnetic particle crack detection are implemented to eliminate hidden risks such as internal microcracks, folding defects and forging flaws. The outer surface adopts high-adhesion electrostatic yellow powder spraying, which provides stable anti-rust, oil-proof and wear-resistant protection. Customized surface colors can be arranged according to special customer demands.

Important safety specifications must be followed during application. The whole master link assembly must be matched with Grade80 lifting components only; mixing with G43, G63 low-grade chains and fittings is strictly forbidden. Users should never disassemble the sub links and use the main ring separately. Keep regular visual inspection before each lifting operation to check deformation, abrasion, crack and corrosion. Control the included angle of sling legs within 0°–45° to guarantee rated working load. Avoid sharp workpiece edge direct contact with ring bodies; protective pads should be equipped if necessary. The operating temperature range for standard products is -40℃ ~ +200℃.
