How to install Construction Outdoor Mini Crane

Choose a location that is convenient for installation and operation before installing the outdoor mini crane hoist.

1. Fix the power box on the outsole with bolts

2. Assemble the bracket part

(1) Place the main pole vertically on the outsole and fix it with bolts;

(2) Use long bolts to fix the diagonal rod and the outsole.

(3) Install the bearing on the pillow block at the top of the main pole;

(4) Put the rotating bracket on the bearing.

(5) Fix the bearing and bracket with nuts.

3. Install the four-corner bracket on the beam at the tail of the turret.

4. Then put the host part flat on the four-corner bracket and fix it with bolts and the four-corner bracket.

5. Move the rotating arm to check whether the upper rotation is flexible.

6. Use the clutch handle to set the clutch to the disengaged state, take out the wire rope from the power box, loosen the wire rope lock on the pulley, pass the wire rope through the pulley on the bracket, and then lock the wire rope lock.

7. Take out the power cord, button starter and stopper, and install the stopper in the arm end fixing box.

8. Power on and test the machine with no load, check whether the start switch is flexible, and whether the limiter and travel switch are reliable.
