Reliability
1. Solenoid valves are divided into two types: normally closed and normally open. Normally closed type is generally used, which is open when energized and closed when power is off; but when the opening time is long and the closing time is short, the normally open type should be selected.
2. Life test, factories generally belong to type test items. To be precise, there are no relevant professional standards in my country.
3. The action time is very short, when the frequency is high, the direct-acting type is generally selected, and the large-diameter is selected for the quick series.
4. Normal solenoid valve is not waterproof, please choose waterproof type when conditions do not allow.
5. The high nominal pressure of the solenoid valve must exceed the high pressure in the pipeline, otherwise the service life will be shortened or other unexpected situations will occur.
6. All stainless steel type should be used for corrosive liquids, and SLF solenoid valve should be used for strong corrosive liquids.
7. Corresponding explosion-proof products must be selected for explosive environments.
