Applicability
1. The fluid in the pipeline must be consistent with the medium calibrated in the selected solenoid valve series model.
2. The temperature of the fluid must be less than the calibration temperature of the solenoid valve.
3. The allowable liquid viscosity of the solenoid valve is generally below 20CST, and more than 20CST should be noted.
4. Working pressure difference. When the pipeline high pressure difference is less than 0.04MPA, direct-acting and stepwise direct-acting should be selected; when the low working pressure difference is greater than 0.04MPA, the pilot-operated (differential pressure) solenoid valve can be selected; high working pressure The difference should be less than the maximum calibration pressure of the solenoid valve; generally solenoid valves work in one direction, so pay attention to whether there is a back pressure difference, and if there is a check valve, install it.
5. When the fluid cleanliness is not high, a filter should be installed in front of the solenoid valve. Generally, the solenoid valve requires good cleanliness for the medium.
6. Pay attention to the flow aperture and port size; solenoid valves are generally only controlled by two switches; if conditions permit, please install bypass pipes for easy maintenance; when there is water hammer, the opening and closing time of solenoid valves should be customized.
7. Pay attention to the influence of ambient temperature on the solenoid valve.
8. The power supply current and power consumption should be selected according to the output capacity. The power supply voltage is generally not allowed to be plus or minus about 10%. It must be noted that the VA value is high when the AC starts.
