1. Keep the hydraulic system of hand pallet truck clean
Replace hydraulic oil and oil seals regularly. Good hydraulic oil contains a variety of additives that prevent the oil from deteriorating or clogging system parts. However, these additives lose their effectiveness over time. Therefore, the oil should be changed regularly to ensure that the additives work properly. Filters can only absorb a limited number of dirt particles and other impurities from the oil. Replace the filter at the recommended intervals to keep the system clean.
2. Keep the work area clean
1) When refueling or refilling the fhand pallet truck, make sure the area near the filter box cover is clean. Use only clean oil and funnels or containers. Never bring dirt into the system-only clean oil.
2) When maintaining the hydraulic system of the hand pallet truck cylinder, only clean plastic bulkheads can be used to seal the ends of the pipelines.
3) When maintaining hydraulic components, the workbench must be absolutely clean. Check the condition of the tools being used. They should also be very clean.
3. Keep hydraulic oil clean
Store oil in a clean location and use caution when changing or refilling oil. Only use a clean funnel equipped with a fine mesh strainer to pour oil from the container into the hydraulic cylinder of hand pallet truck. Of course, the oil you use must be the type recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
