In order to prevent air from entering the hydraulic system of the manual pallet truck, the following points should be paid attention to during use and maintenance:
1. Frequently check the oil level in the fuel tank of the Sinotrans manual pallet truck to maintain sufficient fuel.
2. In the working process, the oil will be lost, and new oil of the same specification must be added in time.
3. Even when the oil level is low, the suction pipe and the oil return pipe mouth should be kept below the oil level.

6. It is inevitable to enter air into the hydraulic system of a manual pallet truck. In order to remove the air, some cylinders are equipped with exhaust valves on the upper part. Before the machine is started, the exhaust valve should be opened to make the oil cylinder reciprocate several times in a large stroke range to remove the air in the system.
7. After replacing the oil in the oil tank, the machine should be started to circulate several times to remove the air in the system.
3. Prevent moisture from being mixed into the hydraulic system of the manual pallet truck
1. There is water at the bottom of the oil drum where the hydraulic oil is stored, especially when the oil drum is placed in the open.
2. The water vapor contained in the air mixed into the system condenses into water.
