Ratchet type tight rigging is a kind of tight rigging that is widely used. It has many components, more complicated structure, and very complicated manufacturing process. The following introduces the production process of each component of the ratchet tight rigging.

　　 The handles of ratchet rigging are divided into forged handles and cast handles. The material of the forged handle is mostly 45# steel, using die forging process; the material of the cast handle is malleable steel, and the process is casting. In addition to the handle, the main component of the ratchet tightening rigging also includes a seamless steel pipe. The material of this part is generally 20# steel.

　　 The two screw rods of the ratchet tight rigging are made of rolling wire and are detachable. The gear part can use die forging process or casting process. Compared with the two, the casting production efficiency is high and the cost is low. However, the die forged gear will have forging marks and roll up smoothly than the cast gear.
