⑶. When the manual hydraulic pallet truck is loading goods, overloading, partial loading and single-fork operations are strictly prohibited. Make sure that the length of the fork is greater than or equal to the length of the pallet.
⑷. It is forbidden for manual hydraulic pallet trucks to stand for a long time with heavy load.
⑸ It is strictly forbidden to drop the goods from a high place onto the manual hydraulic pallet truck
⑹. The fork of the manual hydraulic pallet truck must be completely placed under the shelf to fork the goods and keep the goods stable before pulling.
⑺. It is strictly prohibited to load unstable or loosely packaged goods. If necessary, staff support must be arranged.
⑻. In the process of high- and low-load handling of the manual hydraulic pallet truck, place the forks as low as possible to prevent the goods from falling.
⑼. Do not place any part of the body near the mechanical lifting parts of the vehicle, on the loaded goods, or under the forks.
⑽ It is strictly forbidden to operate too fast (no more than 3 km/h, normal walking speed for adults is 5 km/h), and slow down when turning.
⑾ It is strictly forbidden to operate the manual hydraulic pallet truck on the inclined slope or steep slope. If it is necessary to use the manual hydraulic pallet truck on a slope, the operator shall not stand in front of the manual hydraulic forklift to avoid the inertia of the manual hydraulic pallet truck causing excessive speed and out of control hitting people.
⑿. The manual hydraulic pallet truck is strictly forbidden to carry people or slide freely on the landslide.
⒀. It is strictly prohibited to work when the operator's sight is blocked.
⒁. Do not use manual hydraulic pallet trucks on muddy and uneven ground. When using a manual hydraulic pallet truck, you must pay attention to the passage and the environment, and not hit other people, equipment and other objects.
⒂. When the manual hydraulic pallet truck is not in use, the fork must be lowered to a low position without load and stored in the specified place.
⒃. The users of the manual hydraulic pallet truck must be maintained regularly, and the department management personnel must regularly arrange the maintenance or repair.
