1 The working environment temperature of the pallet truck is -20～45℃, and the working road should be smooth.
2 Items to be checked before use:
2.1 There is no cracking in the welding seam of the car body, no degumming, cracking and deformation of the wheels, normal lifting of the hydraulic system, and no oil leakage at the oil cylinder, piston, piston rod, and pump body.
2.2 Checking the operating handle The lifting movement of the pallet truck is brisk and free from jamming, the handle is flexible, and the hydraulic system has no oil leakage. The lifting cylinder and plunger should rise steadily during the full stroke.
2.3 When operating the pressure relief hand brake, the lifting cylinder and the plunger will drop steadily in the full stroke, and the fork can be lowered down freely from a height.
2.4 Carry out no-load push and pull inspection, the steering wheel should be turned flexibly, and the parallelism of the two fork plates should not be greater than 5mm. 4.2.5 Before moving goods, check that the quality of the goods being moved does not exceed the rated load of the pallet truck, and overloading is strictly prohibited. 4.3 Safety measures should be taken to prevent items from rolling when transporting, and fix lashings if necessary.
3. To carry bulky or heavier cargo (which is difficult to carry out by manpower), lifting tools must be used to hoist the pallet truck, and it is prohibited to use the method of turning over to load the cargo.
4. When carrying, one person is required to pull the handle in front and grasp the direction, and the other person to support the goods; for larger items, one person on each side of the goods should support the goods to prevent the goods from shifting and overturning during walking .
5. It is strictly prohibited to park the goods on the pallet truck for a long time, and the fork of the pallet truck should be placed in a low position.
6. It is strictly prohibited to use two pallet trucks to carry the same goods at the same time.
7. It is strictly prohibited for pallet trucks to lift goods with single fork lifting tools.
8. It is strictly forbidden to use the pallet truck as a platform, a mobile platform or a manned vehicle.
9. The pallet truck should be managed and maintained by dedicated personnel.
