1. Clean each fuel tank, filter screen and pipeline, and check for corrosion and cracking. After cleaning, do not wipe with fiber yarn or cloth. Store hydraulic oil in a clean place, and be cautious when adding or changing hydraulic oil. Only use a clean funnel equipped with a fine mesh filter to pour the oil settler into the oil tank of the mobile vehicle. It is recommended that the hydraulic oil you use should be the type recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
2. Clean the torque converter, gearbox, check the wear of parts, and replace with new oil. A good hydraulic oil contains a variety of additives, these additives can prevent oil decay or block system parts. However, these additives will lose efficacy in the future. Therefore, the oil should be changed on schedule to ensure that the additives develop their effects. The filter can only receive a limited number of dirt particles and other impurities from the oil. Change the filter at the recommended cycle.
3. Check the bearing of the drive shaft and change the direction of the universal joint cross shaft if necessary.
4. Check the tightness of each part of the drive axle and whether there is oil leakage, and dredge the air holes. Disassemble and inspect the main reducer, differential and wheel reducer, adjust the bearing axial clearance, and add or replace lubricating oil.
5. Disassemble, inspect, adjust and lubricate the front and rear wheel hubs, and perform half-shaft shifting.
6. Clean the brake and adjust the gap between the brake drum and brake shoe friction plate.
