Cause Analysis:
(1) The hydraulic cylinder pressure is very low and it is difficult to reach the load
How to solve: check the under-relief valve and adjust the pressure
(2) There is air in the cylinder, which brings instability to the cylinder
How to solve it: expel the air inside
(3) The overflow valve is in the open state, causing the hydraulic oil to not enter the cylinder
How to solve: Check whether there is any debris in the overflow valve, clean it and adjust the overflow valve to normal
(4) The cylinder head is in close contact with the side of the piston, which prevents the hydraulic oil from entering and can not generate strong thrust to make the cylinder run.
Third, the hydraulic pallet truck cannot be lowered
Cause analysis: the pressure relief valve on the hydraulic system is too tight, or the piston rod is deformed when it is lifted due to overload,
How to solve: check and adjust the pressure relief valve, replace with a brand new piston rod (don't overweight again)
Fourth, the hydraulic pallet truck cannot be lifted to a high position
Analysis of the cause: insufficient hydraulic oil causes the power of the oil valve to fail to reach when lifting
How to solve: Check the oil volume and re-add new hydraulic oil
5. The forks of hydraulic pallet trucks are automatically lowered
Reason analysis: the hydraulic oil in the cylinder enters the air, or there is debris, the pressure relief valve is too loose,
Exhaust air, clean up debris, adjust the pressure relief valve to the proper position
