The gear pump needs to be replaced, and improper high pressure can be readjusted. The reasons for the difficulty of automatic tilting of the stacker mast or insufficient movement are: failure of the valve stem spring in the reversing valve; excessive wear of the inclined cylinder wall and sealing ring; excessive dirt accumulation in the inclined cylinder or too tight seals; piston jam The cylinder wall or the piston rod is bent. The solution is to replace the spring with a new spring if the spring fails; if the sealing ring is severely worn, it should be replaced immediately. If the cylinder is also severely worn, the cylinder needs to be replaced; the dirt in the cylinder must be cleaned and cleaned. As for the seal is too tight, it can be adjusted. The wearing parts of the piston should be replaced immediately if they are damaged.

Solve these failures and replace the damaged seal ring or gear. The circuit is not working properly

Abnormal operation of the circuit may be caused by damage to the micro switch in the electrical box or improper position adjustment. You only need to replace the micro switch and re-adjust the position; if it is caused by the blown main circuit fuse or control electrical fuse, just replace the same model The fuse of the battery; battery voltage is too low, you can recharge; if the contactor contact singe or too much dirt causes poor contact, you can repair the contact, adjust or replace the contactor; the contact does not work, it may be the contactor coil The open circuit should be checked and solved immediately, or the contactor should be replaced.
