After the gantry is installed, it must be inspected before it is used. It has a series of requirements. After installation, the performance of the whole machine should be inspected by special inspectors according to the standard requirements:
1. (1) Verticality inspection of vertical column; (2) Fastening connection inspection; (3) No-load operation test; (4) Rated load test; (5) Simulated rope breaking test; (6) 25% overload test, It can be put into use only after passing the test.
2. The verticality deviation of the full height of the column should be less than 1.5‰, and the parallelism deviation of the two guide rails should not be greater than >5mm.
3. All connecting bolts must be tightened.
4. Personnel working at heights must have physical conditions for working at heights, wear safety belts, and stand under the mast and around the columns to prevent objects from falling and hurting people.
5. Installation work is forbidden for wind above level five.
