The lifting part of the wire rope electric hoist is mainly composed of three parts. The conical rotor motor at one end transmits the east road to the reducer at the other end through the spline sleeve and the rotating shaft. After the decelerating power, it is transmitted to the wire rope drum in the middle and the wire rope and hook-carry out the lifting operation. The motor has a braking function. The main body of the electric hoist is suspended on a traveling trolley, which runs along the I-beam of the crane beam.
Electric chain hoists are similar in structure, except that a sprocket replaces the wire rope drum, and a lifting chain replaces the wire rope for lifting operations.
In terms of product performance, electric chain hoists are better than electric wire rope hoists. Because from a mechanical point of view, the side of the wire rope that bears pressure is always under pressure during the lifting process of the electric hoist, and the side that bears the tension is always under tension. Electric chain hoists do not need to consider this issue. The winding direction of the chain on the sprocket can be set at will, with high flexibility and reasonable structure. This is one of the reasons for the small overall volume of the chain hoist. The electric chain hoist chain is equivalent to a steel wire rope. The cross-section of the steel wire is relatively large. The core material of the electric chain hoist is often a material that is resistant to high temperatures and is not easy to produce large changes in harsh environments.
The structure of wire rope electric hoist and electric chain hoist is the same, there is only a certain gap between them, but there are many differences in product performance and accessories, and electric chain hoist has more advantages in performance.
