1 shackle should be smooth level off, there is no sharp edge crack defects such as burnt
2 it is strictly prohibited to use cast iron or cast steel shackle fastenings can choose killed steel forging, shaft pin bar after forging machine
3 should not be on the shackle drilling or welding repair after fastenings and shaft pin permanent deformation, can not repair
4 when using, should check the fastenings and bolt, not serious wear deformation and fatigue crack
5. When using, the transverse spacing shall not be subjected to tension, and the shaft pin shall be inserted with the safety pin.
