1. Site ventilation: When installing an electric hoist, the construction site is required to be well ventilated to ensure that the construction personnel has a good working environment.
2. On-site lighting
2.1 The lighting wires in the scene should use qualified insulated wires and be fixed on the insulating board. When passing through the wall, an insulating protective tube should be put on. The distance between the end of the protective pipe and the inner wall of the wall should not be less than 25mm.
2.2 All lighting fixtures should be fully assembled and equipped with waterproof, dustproof, or explosion-proof covers according to the specific conditions.
2.3 In the factory building at the installation site, the daytime illumination is required to be 1000LX, the artificial lighting brightness for night operations is 400LX, and mixed light sources should be used. There should be multiple points of illumination for the specific working surface. It is strictly forbidden to use gas discharge fluorescent lamps for lighting when rotating machinery is in operation.
