2: In the test that exceeds 25% of the test, lift the heavy object to a place of about 100mm on the ground, leave it in the air for about 10 minutes, and then check whether it is normal after removing the load.
3: Check the explosion-proof motor, explosion-proof control box, explosion-proof limit switch, and explosion-proof button switch. When the explosion-proof enclosure must be disassembled, first cut off the main power supply and disassemble carefully.
4: The explosion-proof electric hoist is operated by a dedicated person, and do not let anyone who does not understand it.
5: Ensure that the explosion-proof electric hoist chain or steel wire rope has sufficient grease, is not dry, or will break after a period of time.
6: Keep away from corrosive gases or liquids. If you cannot keep it away, clean it immediately after use.
