2. The width of the fork
The width of the fork depends on the size of the pallet. The standard size of the general manual hydraulic pallet truck is divided into wide and narrow vehicles. The wide vehicle is 685*1200mm and the narrow vehicle is 540*1150mm.
3. Workmanship of hydraulic cylinder
At present, there are mainly two types of hydraulic cylinders for hydraulic pallet trucks on the market, one is an integrated cylinder, and the other is a detachable and separate type.
4. Lower the height
The international pallet height is 100mm, so the international minimum height is below this.
5. Wheel material
The material of the wheels should be selected according to the conditions of the site where the manual hydraulic pallet truck is operated. If the ground conditions are not good, you can choose aluminum alloy plus plastic wheels, which are more wear-resistant. If the ground conditions are good, you can use polyurethane wheels, which saves effort.
6. The thickness of the fork steel plate
It is better to use 4mm steel plate for a 3.0t car. It is worth noting that if it is a 5.0t manual hydraulic car, the thickness of the steel plate must exceed 8mm.
