Aluminum Ferrule (Swage Sleeve) is an essential fitting for wire rope termination, produced strictly following DIN3093 and EN13411-3 industrial standards. The raw material adopts seamless extruded 6063 aluminum alloy without welding seam, which guarantees stable ductility during compression and avoids cracking under standard crimping operation.

We provide two mainstream structures for global customers: oval single-hole ferrule and hourglass double-hole ferrule. The oval single-hole sleeve is the most widely used model, suitable for forming eye loops when a single wire rope passes through the sleeve. The hourglass double-hole ferrule allows folded double wire rope to run through two separate holes, distributing load evenly and improving connection stability for light and medium tension systems.

This fitting works by plastic deformation under external compression. Operators can use hand crimping pliers for small sizes or hydraulic swaging machines for larger specifications. After proper compression, the aluminum sleeve tightly clamps steel wire strands to prevent slippage. Compared with wire rope clips, aluminum ferrules feature compact appearance, lighter weight and easier installation without bolts. Natural silver aluminum finish is standard; customized surface treatment can be arranged upon request.

Our size range covers 1mm to 60mm, perfectly matching galvanized steel wire rope and stainless steel wire rope. Important safety instruction: Aluminum ferrules are disposable fittings and cannot be reused after swaging. The connection efficiency will decrease if improper crimping force is applied.
