(1) Check whether the voltmeter indication is within the range of use. When the battery is low, the machine will automatically alarm. At this time, the electric pallet truck should stop using it and continue working after charging or replacing the battery;
(2) Inspect each part of the mechanism for any abnormal phenomena such as cracks, loose solid parts, and lubricant leakage;
(3) Check whether the switches, horns, headlights, and indicators are in normal state. Whether the electrical components are burnt or short-circuited;
(4) Check the wear conditions of the driving wheels, load wheels, and balance wheels in turn, and replace them if they are damaged;
(5) When driving, loosen the power switch to check whether the driving motor holding brake works;
(6) To check whether the lifting motor is working normally;
(7) When charging, the battery emits a large basin of explosive gas mixed with hydrogen and air, so the charging equipment and the battery must be isolated, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
