(3) Before loading, unloading and transporting dangerous goods, the operating procedures and related regulations must be strictly implemented, preparatory work must be done in advance, and the loading, unloading, transporting tools and operating equipment must be carefully checked. After the work is finished, the substances contaminated on the tools must be removed to prevent the conflicting substances from causing chemical reactions. Tools used to manipulate oxidizer items must be cleaned before use.
(4) When loading, unloading and handling by manpower, it is necessary to seek truth from facts, cooperate and coordinate, and do not risk illegal manipulation.
(5) Operators are not allowed to wear shoes with nails. According to different hazard characteristics, corresponding protective equipment should be worn. More attention should be paid to toxic and corrosive substances, and proper consideration should be given to breathing fresh air after a period of operation to avoid poisoning accidents. After manipulation, the protective equipment should be cleaned or disinfected to ensure personal safety. All kinds of protective equipment should be responsible for special storage and custody.
(6) Dangerous goods should be handled with care to prevent collision, friction, and vibration when they are dropped. Liquid iron drums are packed and unstacked, it is not advisable to use quick slipping method to prevent package damage. If the damaged package can be repaired, it must be moved to a safe place and transported after refurbishment. Tools that may cause sparks shall not be used during refurbishment.
(7) Items scattered on the ground should be cleaned up in time. For waste that is swept up and has no value for use, appropriate physical or chemical methods should be used for disposal to ensure safety.
(8) After loading and unloading operations are completed, wash hands, face, mouthwash or bath in time. Do not eat, drink or smoke halfway through. And must maintain air circulation on site to prevent contamination of skin, mucous membranes, etc. The loading and unloading staff found dizziness, dizziness and other poisoning phenomena, and carried out first aid according to the first aid knowledge. The severe cases should be sent to the hospital for treatment immediately.
