Wire rope shackles are generally twice the safe pulling force coefficient as a load test. During the test, it should be ensured that the shackle product is under normal operating conditions to avoid stress on the side or other parts. After the test, it is required that the shaft pin of the shackle cannot be deformed, not to mention permanent deformation, and can be easily removed.
The size of the shackle and the shaft pin should not be too long and should not exceed the standard 0.25%. Shackle products with a load exceeding 300 tons should be tested with a working safety load of about 1.4 to 1.5 times, and other special-shaped products should be tested according to the conditions of use.
In addition, wire rope shackles should also be checked for appearance and surface treatment. The first is that the surface should remain flat and smooth, and there should be no light or dark lines. Obvious body cracks on the body can be directly seen, and the internal dark lines or small dark lines can be detected with a magnifying glass or a professional infrared detector. The safety load of the factory wire rope shackle is generally approved according to the M4 standard.
In addition, related products must be typed on the main body. The typed content generally includes the product's strength level, safety load, breaking factor, and factory standard or product Peugeot. The use of wire rope shackles and other hardware products often involves valuables and the safety of life and property during construction. Therefore, only products with qualified and safe quality can be circulated to the market. Therefore, higher and stricter requirements are put forward for product inspection.
