Specification for the use of eye screws

1. The user of the eye screw must be trained before using the product;

　　2. Choose the correct model, grade and length of the eyebolts according to the actual application scenarios;

　　3. Each eyebolt must be carefully inspected before use to check whether it is damaged or deformed;

　　4. The eyebolts must be screwed to closely fit the supporting surface, tools are not allowed to tighten, and the thread and the threaded mouth must be tightly matched;

　　5. For different types of eyebolts, the lifting direction should be designed within the range of the force direction;

　　6. The maximum lifting weight of the eyebolts is the rated load, and overloading is strictly prohibited;

　　 7. When the eyebolt wear exceeds 10% of the interface diameter, stop using it immediately.
