Tips for using chain rigging

1. Before use, the chain and chain rigging shall see the working load and applicable scope on the label. Overload use is strictly prohibited. 2. In normal use, the Angle between the hook and the rigging is not allowed to exceed 120 degrees at most, which will cause partial overload of the chain rigging. 3. It is forbidden to use informal link between the chains. 4. It is forbidden to hang the bearing chain tighteners directly on the components of crane hooks or to be wound on the hooks. 5. Add padding at edges and corners when the chain rigging surrounds the suspended objects to prevent damage to the ring chain and the suspended objects. 6. The temperature has a certain influence on the use of chain rigging. It is rated load when the temperature ranges from minus 40 degrees to 200 degrees, 90% of the rated load when the temperature ranges from 200 degrees to 300 degrees, 75% of the rated load when the temperature ranges from 300 degrees to 400 degrees, and it is not allowed to use when the temperature is above 400 degrees. 7. The lifting point of hoisting machinery hooks is required to be on the same plumb line with the lifting center, so that the lifting weight can be in a stable equilibrium state and prevent sliding or overturning during lifting. 8, the chain between the torsion, distortion, knot, adjacent chain activities should be flexible. 9. When lifting heavy objects, the lifting, dropping and stopping should be slow and steady. The center of gravity of the object to be lifted should be balanced to avoid impact load and the heavy objects should not be hung on the chain for a long time. 10, the chain rigging should be handled with care. It is strictly prohibited to fall, touch or drag on the ground. It should be prevented from falling from high altitude to avoid deformation, surface and internal damage of the chain.
