This heavy‑duty bullet‑style lifting swivel is an essential rigging component designed to resolve wire‑rope twisting problems during lifting, hoisting and towing operations. Manufactured from premium forged alloy steel, the unit adopts precision angular‑contact bearing structure, enabling smooth 360‑degree free rotation even under full working load, which effectively releases torsional stress and prevents cable kink, strand damage and premature failure of wire rope slings.

The outer surface is finished with high‑performance orange epoxy powder coating to deliver outstanding anti‑rust and abrasion‑resistant performance for indoor, outdoor and offshore working environments. Grease fitting is reserved for regular lubrication to extend bearing service life. Each swivel is clearly stamped with WLL (Working Load Limit) for easy load identification. All items are 100% magnetic particle inspected for internal and surface defects, complying with EN 1677‑1 standard. Safety factor reaches 4:1, with proof load at twice the working load limit and 20 000‑cycle fatigue test under 1.5 times WLL.

Available in a wide working‑load range from 0.75 ton up to 200 tons to match different lifting capacities. Suitable for general industrial hoisting, port handling, mining machinery, marine rigging, winch towing and construction site lifting tasks. Important note: this swivel is only for axial tension application. Side bending force shall be strictly avoided. Regular maintenance inspection and grease replenishment are required. Items with deformation, crack or heavy corrosion must be taken out of service immediately. Load test certificates and batch traceability records can be provided upon customer request.
